During the venue styling consultation, Pretty Events Co. will explore all aspects of your wedding or event.

You are encouraged to bring along colour swatches or details about other services you have arranged.
If you wish to incorporate elements of your personality or cultural traditions, Pretty Events Co. will find the best ways to integrate these into your design.
Whether you have a detailed vision or are seeking direction, they will take the time needed to gather all the information required to create an amazing plan for your event.
Post-Consultation
After the consultation, Pretty Events Co. will prepare a comprehensive design proposal, including mood boards and all the ideas discussed.
This proposal will address everything from the smallest details to the major elements, ensuring a memorable experience for your guests.
Any adjustments you wish to make are welcomed.
Once the proposal is finalised, you will receive a booking form and the company’s terms and conditions.
Ongoing Communication
Pretty Events Co. values open communication with their clients. If you have any questions or need assistance, do not hesitate to reach out.
Approximately six weeks before your event, they will confirm final guest numbers and coordinate with your venue regarding setup times.

On Your Big Day
On the day of your event, Pretty Events Co. will arrive at the agreed-upon time, ready to set up and execute your vision flawlessly.
You can enjoy your celebration with peace of mind, knowing that everything is taken care of and any special instructions will be communicated to the venue coordinator if needed.
Post-Event Collection
The day after your event, Pretty Events Co. will return to collect all items, allowing you to focus on enjoying the aftermath of your special day.
