Sam offers a variety of wedding childcare packages, each designed to accommodate different group sizes, ages and family preferences.

Wedding Childcare Packages

1. Play Area with One Nanny
   This package is perfect for smaller weddings where a few children will be present.
A dedicated play area is set up and a professional nanny supervises the children, ensuring they are engaged and cared for throughout the day. Activities and toys are carefully selected based on the ages and interests of the children attending.  
Example activities include:  

  •  Small world play (e.g., train tracks)  

  •  Role play and imaginative games  

  •  Arts & crafts stations  

  •  A quiet area for rest and relaxation  

  •  A baby area for younger children  

  •  Board games and group activities  

  •  This package is designed for up to five children (age-dependent)  

  •  Includes complete set-up and pack-down of the play area


2. Play Area Supervised by Two Nannies
   For larger weddings with more children, this package provides the same play area as above, but with two nannies supervising up to 6-8 children. This allows for more individualised attention and ensures that all children, regardless of age are engaged in fun, safe and age-appropriate activities.  
Activities include:  

  • Small world play (e.g., train tracks)  

  • Role play and imaginative games  

  • Arts & crafts  

  • Quiet space for children who need downtime  

  • A baby area for younger children  

  • Board games and other interactive activities  

  • This package includes set-up and pack-down  

  • Suitable for 6-8 children, depending on age and needs


3. One-to-One Nanny (Full Day & Night) 
   For parents who need personalised care for their child during a wedding, whether they are attending or hosting the event, this option offers one-to-one care throughout the day and night.
The nanny will arrive early to assist with preparations and stay through the reception, ensuring the child is looked after the entire time.  
This package covers up to 10 hours of care: with the nanny remaining on site to handle all of the child’s needs, allowing parents to focus on the celebration.

4. Half-Day Nanny
   This package is ideal for families needing childcare during key parts of the day, such as the ceremony, photos and wedding breakfast.
A dedicated nanny will take care of your child for the duration of these events, ensuring they are entertained and well cared for.  
This option provides six hours of care: with additional hours available if needed.

5. Night-Time Nanny
   If parents wish to fully enjoy the evening portion of the wedding, this package provides a nanny for night-time care.
The nanny will ensure children are well looked after while the adults enjoy the reception or evening entertainment.  
This package covers five hours of care: with the option to add extra hours as needed.
