The venue is committed to ecological responsibility, sourcing produce and products locally, and prioritising reuse, recycling and repurposing over disposal.

 

With a strict 'Leave Only Footprints' policy, guests are encouraged to help minimise their impact on the enchanting woodland environment.

The Bower is dedicated to collaborating with couples to create an unforgettable day shared with loved ones in this magical setting.

Couples can choose from two distinct licensed locations for their ceremony.

A short woodland stroll leads to the charming wooden Bower, or they may opt for the Great Hall, which boasts a striking domed wooden ceiling.

 

Numerous picturesque spots are available for celebrant-led ceremonies.

Additionally, for those planning a church wedding, the venue can be exclusively hired for the reception.

​

The Great Hall accommodates up to 150 guests for the wedding feast, while three unique, bespoke handmade woodland tables, elegantly wrapped around softly lit trees, offer a relaxed atmosphere for up to 80 guests.

For larger gatherings, additional decorated tables can be arranged in the outdoor area.

Packages Offered

The English Oak Package
Designed for up to 80 guests, this package includes a choice of ceremony locations and exclusive use of festoon-lit woodland tables adorned with greenery.

Guests can enjoy a fully stocked vintage horsebox cash bar for the evening, along with cutlery, crockery, glasses, wine buckets and ice.

A PA system and speakers are also provided.

Couples have the freedom to select their preferred catering and evening entertainment.

The Silver Birch Package
Ideal for intimate weddings of up to 20 guests, this package offers a stunning setting for couples celebrating their union.

It includes a wedding breakfast and drinks, with recommendations for local catering companies specialising in various cuisines, or the option to hire a catering team of their choice.

Couples can select from drink packages or bring their own with corkage.

A fully stocked bar will be available for evening guests, served from the vintage horsebox bar.

Add-Ons and Extras  
Couples are welcome to decorate the venue themselves or choose from various decor packages.

A wide range of chair sashes, centerpieces and backdrops are available in numerous colours.

Additional options include a Stretch Tent canopy, photo booth and props, dance floor, 5-ft LED-lit 'LOVE' sign, Pick 'n' Mix trolley, party games, laser lighting, bunting and much more.
